Hello Restaurant!

Official Rules to Registering

​

1. You have to love hotdogs. You can't just be like, "Hey, I like the odd campfire wiener" NO, you have to be like boiled, fried, microwaved, frozen, whatever way you can imagine I AM ABOUT THAT HOT DOG LIFE.

2. You have to be a real restaurant. OR at least tell us you are real restaurant.

​

3. You or your "restaurant" has to support local all year, go to the farmers market support our local economy all year kind of business, not just for one month. This one month of pretending to support local thing wont fly with our organization. You have to provide proof of this.

PLEASE SUBMIT ONE PHOTO OF YOU WITH A FARMER.

4. Registration Fee

Please Submit at least 30 Days Prior to Start date of Hotdog Heartbreak unless its a leap year, in which case submit the 5th Friday prior.

​

Fee is to paid in the form of a bank draft made out to: CASH

​

Fee is $68 per restaurant.

​

Why would we register our hotdog with you when we can just have a hotdog on our menu and sell them normally to our nice customers? You're right, there is no reason to register, but if you do we will send you an official sticker telling you how great you are.

​

5. Hotdog Naming and Photos

Name your Hotdog whatever you want.

We can take a photo of your hotdog if you want, or just like do it yourself.

Please no inappropriate names.

​

6. This is not a competition. We are all doing this out of the appreciation for a good hotdog.

However, there will be winners and losers.

​

7. We are not liable for your actions or anything that you do.

​

8. Hotdog Heartbreak has no start or finish date. You can sell hotdogs whenever you want. But our the start and finish of this event is April - the whole month. I guess what I meant to say is that Hotdog Heartbreak exists beyond time and space.

9. Hotdog prices. You can charge whatever you want for your hotdogs because its your business.

​

10. It doesn't need to resemble a hotdog. Use your imagination, who are we to tell you what a hotdog is suppose to look like.
