The Joy of Cooking with Hotdogs

Hot Dog Party Casserole

If you're like me I bet you're often at home minding your soap operas and enjoying an early afternoon Franzia-Gin Punch with the old hounds up resting to be disturbed by your husband and his boys! "It's Tuesday afternoon and we are hungry!" And like me I bet you think to yourself, "What on earth could I possibly cook up for 14 hungry men in 20 minutes!" Well this casserole is bound to be a hit!

Ingredient List

-
25 Jumbo Juicy Hotdogs (Any meat variety is fine)
-
6 Eggs
-
3 Cups of Whipping Cream
-
1 Long Block of that Cheese that's Always on Sale at the Store
-
2 Cups Macaroni Noodles
-
Bag of Corn Chips
-
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preheat Oven to 500 Degrees Celsius. This may seem high but these boys are hungry and need to get back to whatever they were doing!
Get a pan scorching hot on the stove. Toss all the dogs in until crispy. Then add cream, eggs, and cheese (grate cheese if you want, but it will likely eventually melt. Now take this mixture and blend it to a nice pulp. Oh ya the noodles put the noodles in a baking pan. Pour hotdog pulp over noodles. Place in oven for probably 25 minutes, remove and add corn chips to the top, then bake for another 5 minutes. Delicious!
